All The Bitter non-alcoholic cocktail bitters lineup

Crafted With…

All The Bitter

Handmade, non-alcoholic bitters from two former French Laundry sommeliers. Whole-plant ingredients, zero alcohol, and the complexity and spice that turn a glass of soda into a genuine drink. Better drinks really do start here.

The Brand

All The Bitter began with a couple of sommeliers and a simple gap. Ian and Carly spent years at The French Laundry in Napa Valley, then started a family and went looking for bitters they could use in a drink with or without alcohol. Traditional bitters are alcohol-based, so they made their own. Handmade in small batches in Chico, California, from organic whole plants with no extracts, artificial flavors, or added colors, All The Bitter delivers the aromatic complexity that bitters are supposed to add at a true 0.0% alcohol. A few dashes is often the whole difference between a flat mocktail and a real drink.

The Bitters

Warm & Aromatic

Old Fashioned Aromatic

The everyday workhorse: warm baking spice, gentian, and a dry, aromatic finish. This is the bottle that gives an alcohol-free Old Fashioned its backbone, and the one to reach for whenever a drink tastes like it is missing something.

All The Bitter New Orleans Spiced Cherry non-alcoholic bitters

Rich & Festive

New Orleans Spiced Cherry

Dark cherry, warm spice, and a touch of anise, inspired by the bitters of New Orleans. Deep and a little festive, it brings a bittersweet, holiday-adjacent richness to sodas, sours, and anything that wants a fruit-and-spice lift.

Handmade in Chico, California · 0.0% alcohol · 2 oz and 5 oz.

Three Ways to Use Them

With Old Fashioned Aromatic

Non-Alcoholic Old Fashioned

  • 2 ozAlcohol-free whiskey
  • 4 dashesAll The Bitter Old Fashioned Aromatic
  • ¼ ozSimple syrup
  • 1Large ice cube
  • GarnishExpressed orange peel

This is the drink these bitters were made for. Alcohol-free whiskey brings the oak, but the bitters bring the complexity and dry finish that keep it from tasting sweet. Be generous: without alcohol carrying them, four dashes do the work two would in the original. Stir over one big cube and finish with an expressed orange peel.

With New Orleans Spiced Cherry

Spiced Cherry Soda

  • 6 dashesAll The Bitter New Orleans Spiced Cherry
  • To fillChilled club soda or Topo Chico
  • SqueezeFresh lime
  • To fillIce
  • GarnishLime wheel and a cherry

The easiest great drink in the house. Build it in a tall glass of ice, add a healthy dose of Spiced Cherry bitters, top with cold soda, and finish with lime. It is bittersweet, spiced, and endlessly refreshing, and it proves that bitters plus good soda is a genuine cocktail, not a consolation prize.

With Old Fashioned Aromatic

Aromatic Whiskey Sour

  • 2 ozAlcohol-free whiskey
  • ¾ ozFresh lemon juice
  • ¾ ozSimple syrup
  • ¾ ozAquafaba or egg white
  • 3 dashesAll The Bitter Old Fashioned Aromatic

A hard dry shake with aquafaba builds a silky foam, and the bitters do two jobs at once: adding aromatic depth inside the drink and a decorative pattern dashed over the top. Without alcohol, that bitter backbone is exactly what keeps a sour from sliding into lemonade.
